Arkadiusz Pędzich is a partner and head of the real estate practice in Allen & Overy’s Warsaw office. He is a qualified attorney-at-law. His areas of expertise include project finance, structured and asset finance, real estate finance, leveraged finance, restructuring, derivative products and other financial instruments. He has advised on financing, refinancing and financial leasing of some of the most prestigious real estate projects in Poland.

Our key clients include financial institutions, investment funds, property groups, developers and private equity funds. Unfortunately, our confidentiality arrangements do not allow us to disclose the names of particular clients.

Allen & Overy in Warsaw advised on a number of property sales and acquisitions projects, including office buildings, logistic portfolios, retail properties and hotels. Unfortunately, our confidentiality arrangements do not allow us to disclose the details of above mentioned projects.
