DBP Ursus will be a warehouse/distribution/office park with app. 50,000 sqm leasable area. DBP Ursus is located over a 9 ha site in Ursus (a western district of Warsaw). AIG/Lincoln Polska has built five class ‘A’ business parks under the Diamond Business Park brand name, with locations in Piaseczno, Warsaw, Stryków, Łódź and Gliwice
