AIG/Lincoln Polska is already expanding its industrial project in Stryków, Diamond Business Park Strykóws and is about to commence construction of a flex park office and industrial in Warsaw at Diamond Business Park Ursus. DBP Stryków is a multi-phase warehouse and light production park with office space, and a total leasable area of 90,000 sqm. DBP Ursus will be a warehouse/distribution/office park with app. 50,000 sqm leasable area. DBP Ursus is located over a 9 ha site in Ursus (a western district of Warsaw). AIG/Lincoln Polska has built five class ‘A’ business parks under the Diamond Business Park brand name, with locations in Piaseczno, Warsaw, Stryków, Łódź and Gliwice
