Agata joined CMS in February 2022 as a Head of Real Estate and Construction Department, and now heads one of the largest real estate teams in Poland, comprising 40 lawyers, including five partners and four counsels. Agata is responsible for building a stronger real estate team in CMS’s Warsaw office and positioning the team as an attractive alternative to the existing legal advisory solutions available on the Warsaw real estate market. Agata works closely with international CEE real estate teams and more widely on the European and global levels to coordinate multijurisdictional and cross-border transactions and projects.
