The threebuildings together create a well-equipped and functional B+ class office complex located near Park Szczęśliwicki – 4 km from city centre and 8km from the airport. This location ensures convenient access to public transport and other Warsaw’s districts.Adgar’s re-imagining and upgrading of these office buildings will transform them into a new, modern and functional office space, with a newly-designed internal flow of traffic, central atrium, a unique sports retail and recreational AdgarFit centre, a glass façade and new external green areas.Adgar company has invested around 18 mln Euros in modernisation of the whole complex.
