Adam Pustelnik holds a degree in law and international relations. He studied, among others at the University of Łódź, the European Academy of Diplomacy and the University of Oxford.
He worked at the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, the City of Łódź Office and Savills consulting company.
At the City of Łódź Office in 2015-2019 he was the Director of the Investor Service Office. He was responsible for the implementation of the city's development strategy, attracting investors, economic promotion of the city and international cooperation.
In September 2020, he was appointed the first Deputy Mayor of the City of Łódź.

Biggest business achievements, especially those made last year
Completing one of the largest Urban Project of contemporary Poland, the New Centre of Lodz. Creating together with industrial developers largest inner-city industrial zones in CEE in south-eastern and south-western areas of Lodz on over 500 hectares. Swifting city’s spatial development strategy fully focusing on the centre, eliminating urban holes.
Contributions made to the improvement of the CEE commercial property market
Convincing large part of investors (residential) to switch their commercial focus and place a larger impact on the quality of space, added value and investing in line with city’s urban strategy. By creating industrial zones we stimulated unprecedented investment (activity on the investment market with assets value counted in hundreds millions Euro).
