Michał Wielhorski - over 20 years of experience in real estate law handling numberless mandates in this sector. He advises on all types of real estate projects working primarily with large developers, focusing on retail and office developments, and guiding clients through all stages of investment processes. Marek Wojnar has vast experience in real property sale and acquisitions, leasing processes and implementation of infrastructure projects. Act BSWW legal & tax is a team of over 30 lawyers involved in legal advise for real estate sector. We provide advice in the range of: comprehensive legal and tax analysis of real properties, sale and acquisition (share and asset deals), real estate investment financing, negotiation, execution and performance of construction works agreements, agreements for construction-related services provided by architects, project managers, cost controllers and other experts; all stages of infrastructure delivery agreements – from contractor selection, through negotiation, execution and performance of agreements (including acceptance of individual stages of completion) and provision of performance bonds, to financial settlements with contractors, including the general contractor; lease agreements, reprivatization, environmental protection, real estate and construction-related litigation and arbitration. In the last 12 months we have acted for a broad mix of international, national and regional clients, including developers, property owners, investors, lessors and lessees across commercial, residential and industrial property transactions and development projects.

Participation in property sales and acquisitions between July 2022 and June 2023
advised STRABAG Real Estate on the sale of real estates in Szczecin and Łódź; advised P3 Logistic Parks on the acquisition of a large site for logistics development site located in Silesia; advised Moneguard 9 Sp. z o.o. in a transaction involving the establishment of a joint venture with Zachodnia Korporacja Finansowa Sp z o.o. to develop a real estate project in Kolobrzeg. The planned investment is to consist of the construction of spa treatment buildings. Advised a company controlled by Adventum Group on the signing of sale agreement to the acquisition of the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw, for nearly €70 million. Advised BUMA Group on the acquisition of the Park Club building in Krakow from Prestige Property Group. Advised MJM 11 Sp. z o.o. based in Krakow in the acquisition of a historic tenement located in Krakow at Wenecja Str. Advised a fund managed by FORUM TFI S.A. - based in Krakow, in the acquisition of apartments in a residential building.
