ACE 1 is a great example of cooperation in a joint venture model. Galeria Solna, which was developed jointly by Acteeum Central Europe and Libra Project is a great achievement not only on management field by also on the development field. The project was build in only 11 months. The city of Inowrocław being known as a resort city and famous for its salt brine graduation tower was demanding not only a modern shopping center but especially a developer with a focus on green aspects in order to stay in accordance with the city approach promoting its SPA complex with the biggest in Poland 75ha Park Solankowy. ACE 1 developing Solna,located in direct neighborhood of SPA has answered this approach by building the object in line with the highest ecological standards. The confirmation for the ecological standard ACE 1 provided as well as facilities around the investment,for instance such as bicycle paths linking the SPA with Solna, is Breeam certification reached at the level of "very good". |
