The Award is open to any management company present in all sectors of commercial real estate between July 2022 and June 2023. In its assessment, the jury will take into account the experience, the real estate portfolio managed (number, size and type of objects), the range of services and model of cooperation with the customer.

Assessment criteria:

  • the real estate portfolio managed (number, size and type of buildings) between July 2022 and June 2023
  • the range of services and form of cooperation offered to the customer
  • The reputation of the team on the market
  • The most important clients and the quality of business relations

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
