The award is open to any significant warehouse/distribution centre opened in CEE between July 2023 and June 2024.
The jury will consider its reputation, occupancy rates, financial results, the intensity of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED/WELL/FITWEL certification and the development history. Both built-to-suit projects, as well as multi-tenant projects, are eligible.
