MDC2 Park Gliwice achieved a BREEAM Outstanding certification in late 2024, one of the highest scores in Poland and top 10 in Europe (92,6%). MDC2 Park Kraków South also achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating upon completion of its first phases in mid-2025. MDC2 Park Kraków South - Completion of phases in mid-2025, securing new leases (e.g., Cyprys, Chefs Culinar) in the strategic Kraków market. MDC2 Park Gdańsk East - The commencement of development for this park (e.g., 84,000 sqm) in early 2025 highlights their strategic expansion into the competitive Tricity region, near the Baltic Hub Container Terminal. 2025 has been a landmark year for Prologis in Central Europe. The company surpassed 5 million m² of warehouse and production space, highlighted by the completion of a 37,000 m² facility in Ruda Śląska. Strong development continues in Prague-Chrastany, Łódź, Ruda Śląska, and Ujazd, where a new built-to-suit facility for Schaeffler is under construction. A strategic acquisition of Prologis Park Grodzisk (70,000 m²) strengthened our presence in the Warsaw region. Leasing performance has been exceptional, with over 320,000 m² leased in Poland in the first half of the year (95% occupancy), 295,000 m² in the Czech Republic (98%), and 113,000 m² in Hungary (97%). Prologis continues to lead the market through scale, customer focus, and sustainable growth.
