MDC2 Park Gliwice achieved a BREEAM Outstanding certification in late 2024, one of the highest scores in Poland and top 10 in Europe (92,6%). MDC2 Park Kraków South also achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating upon completion of its first phases in mid-2025. 2025 has been a landmark year for Prologis in Central Europe. Leasing performance has been exceptional, with over 320,000 m² leased in Poland in the first half of the year (95% occupancy), 295,000 m² in the Czech Republic (98%), and 113,000 m² in Hungary (97%).
