In the era of mature shopping centers, it is necessary to introduce solutions that optimize these sites in terms of their functioning, environmental impact, media consumption, impact on budget expenditure, and perception by the local community. The process of remodeling of the shopping centers developed by the Nhood Services Poland team is complementary, wide-ranging, and takes into account all important aspects of the continued functioning of properties on the market. The completed remodeling process affects the value of the buildings, and consumer and tenant satisfaction as expressed in surveys. Since now, the company has completed 14 remodellings. Remodeling is part of Nhood's innovative approach to transforming space, i.e., upcycling real estate. The team focuses on enriching the function and architecture of buildings, taking into account their history and local character. In this way, it also implements its ESG strategy in terms of environmental and social impact.
