We took over a new portfolio of industrial properties with a total GLA of over 200,000 m², increasing the total GLA of our managed assets by 50%. Since the beginning of the year, Balmain Group has signed leasing contracts totaling 22,500 m² across more than 100 leases and maintained a 98% collection ratio. We have achieved 14% revenue above the STL budget and realized 10% OPEX savings. Last year, we earned 8 awards and 14 nominations and have launched the 2nd edition of our ESG report, underscoring our commitment to sustainability. We secured our first mandate with Accolade in Poland and the Czech Republic, covering 198,000 sqm across 6 logistics assets. This milestone complements our Logicor mandate - 38 logistics and industrial properties totalling 1.5M sqm - part of a broader CEE contract fully coordinated and managed by our Warsaw team. We also took over the Gdański Business Center (105,000 sqm), strengthening our prime office portfolio. In 2024, GTC achieved record leasing activity in Poland, securing 93,000 sqm – the strongest performance in a decade. Of over 62,000 sqm of office space leased, more than half came from new agreements and expansions. Retail assets also delivered excellent results: GTC’s shopping centers attracted more than 13 million visitors, with Galeria Północna welcoming 7.5 million and Galeria Jurajska 5.6 million. Tenant sales rose 13% year-on-year, supported by nearly 30,700 sqm of new leases. Alongside these commercial achievements, GTC advanced its ESG agenda through reduced emissions, the rollout of the WasteTracker system in 12 office buildings, and broad certification coverage.
