The jury will evaluate such factors as the costs of doing business, special allowances and incentives, the friendliness of the business climate, the cooperation of local authorities, human capital resources, the success of acquisitions, the use of EU funds, the infrastructure, plans for further development and revitalisation, local transport, the implementation of new technology and environmental policies.
