Capital Park is currently managing a portfolio of 72 properties in 34 cities. The key projects are Eurocentrum Office Complex, Royal Wilanów, ArtN, ETC Swarzędz and Galeria Zaspa.

45 retail projects Galeria Zaspa - 8 827 square meters. Łódź Street Mall Vis a Vis - 5 646 square meters. Radom Street Mall Vis a Vis - 3 672 square meters. Toruń Street Mall Vis a Vis - 2889,57 square meters. ETC Swarzędz – 20 000 square meters. The other 40 projects are smaller, high street buildings.

Racławicka Point – modern A class office building with 2 444 square meters of office and retail space. TOPOS – office building with almost 600 square meters of leasable space.

Capital Park is not only the owner of numerous properties, but also their asset manager. The company does not employ the services of an outside asset management firm, preferring a more personal approach when it comes to tenants and their needs. Creating an in-house asset management team allowed to gather the most experienced and dedicated workers, with an impressive know-how. This professional team is supported by the legal, accounting, marketing and facility management departments. Such an arrangement is not only cost efficient, but also offers the highest quality of service. Capital Park presents a new approach to asset management, going above and beyond the market standards, trying to anticipate the needs of its tenants, and presenting them with new services. The company has developed its signature Office Plus concept, designed to not only create a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing working space, but also promote eco-friendly and health conscious choices, and aid the employees in running daily errands, making the office a place they enjoy spending time in. The company keeps in touch with its tenants by asking them to take part in an annual questionnaire, designed to measure their satisfaction. The tenants of Eurocentrum can for example also take part in making decisions regarding common spaces, by voting on the participatory budget. This year they chose two automated external defibrillators. People working in Eurocentrum can seek the aid of a concierge or run their own errands, taking advantage of the grocery store, laundry, ATM, pharmacy, hairdresser, drugstore and many others facilities. The asset management team seeks to bring the tenants and employees together by organizing various events such as Christmas celebrations for kids, blood drives or celebrations of the anniversaries of the buildings’ completion. Capital Park cares about the environment – all its investments are build and maintained according to the newest principals of ecological architecture. The buildings are certified in either LEED or BREEAM systems. Just this year Royal Wilanów, one of the most important investments of the company, has received three awards – first place in the “Building of the year in Aluprof System” award, third place in the “Public Space of the Year” category of the Eurobuild Awards, and a distinction in the “Best finished ecologically certified building” category of the PLGBC Green Building Awards. All Capital Park’s projects are unique, but what they all have in common is the highest level of architectural design, the greenery, both in the surrounding area and inside the buildings, the attractive interior decoration, and environment-friendly approach.
