- FM Logistics a sale and leaseback transaction for the CEE Portfolio (Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia) The purchaser was WP Carey, represented by Linklaters. The transaction concerned Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The transaction was first completed in Poland and the documents agreed in Poland formed the template for the transaction in the remaining countries.
- Leading worldwide e-commerce firm on sale and lease-back transactions with GLL relating to two fulfilment centers.
