Apsys Polska is managing 22 shopping centers with GLA of over 925 000 m2, located in 15 cities. It is 10% of the total GLA surface of shopping industry in Poland. All the centers (without Posnania) have a combined footfall of approx. 115 million customers. Additionally, in Poland Apsys has signed and has under its management 2100 lease agreements (increase by 40% comparing to the year 2015). The highest quality and effectiveness of the management confirm data: rent collection ratio - 99,7%, increase of the turnover index by 4,74% YTD, 13 Breeam certificates, Solal Marketing Award 2015 for Manufaktura and PRCH 2016 marketing Awards for Apsys.
The company set up a think tank (Apsys Lab) whose main objective is to monitor new trends in the industry and generate innovative solution in 4 areas: customer experience, customer services, new technologies & social media, smart management.
