Amazon Fillfillment Centres are strategically located in the two key logictics hubs in the western Poland, Poznan and Wroclaw. These two almost identical facilities were developed in 2014 by Amazon in co-operation with Panattoni Construction Europe Sp. z o.o.The properties comprises two grade A logistics facilities totaling 246,938 sqm of leasable space with approximately 2,300 parking spaces. Total volume of the transaction amounted to EUR 140 million.
