| Short information about the project: | Panattoni Park Stříbro is situated on the most sought-after road in Central and Eastern Europe, the D5 motorway, which connects Bavaria and Prague. The German border is only 20 minutes away; Plzeň, the fourth largest city in the Czech Republic, is about a 15 minutes ride. Among the major tenants in the park are Lear, Assa Abloy, Leoni, Ideal Automotive, Gea or Steelcase.
Last year alone, the park attracted two major investments by Ideal Automotive and Steelcase, creating nearly a thousand new jobs. The largest manufacturer of the office furniture and equipment, Steelcase, has decided to appoint as a developer the company Panattoni Europe, which has constructed a building of 27 000 square meters of floor space. The second investment, comprising 17 000 square metres, was concluded by the company Ideal Automotive. Ideal Automotive has been operating within the same location in the multi-tenant building of Panattoni Europe known as Panattoni D5 Logistics Park.
