The project was delivered in August 2014 in Sady near Poznań, approx. 2.5 kilometres from the expressway S11 and 16 km from the motorway A2. The facility takes up more than 100,653 sqm plus 23 000 sqm mezzanine. Office and staff facilities have been planned on two storeys taking up 8,816 sqm. The facility features 2,154 car parking spaces, 97 truck spaces, 16 motorcycle spaces, and 60 reloading docks. 500 people (on average) each day worked for the construction of the Logistics Centre for Amazon, so that kept the fast pace of the project. 9 months of construction of the whole investment. Completion took place 2 weeks ahead of scheduled time. Creation within 4 months on the national road no. 92 a junction with two roundabouts, which consists of an additional switchboard with belts on and off, service roads, access roads and municipal road over the flyover built. The facility obtained the BREEAM interim certificate on level very good.
