Although MLP Bieruń has just been purchased, new manufacturing and warehouse area of 22,900 m2 is under construction right now. This constitutes almost 50% of the planned area. The first tenants of the park will be automotive industry companies Flexider Poland and Auto Partner. According to the plan, the facilities will be commissioned in the first quarter of 2014. Approx. 400 people will be employed. MLP Bieruń is a logistic park located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone. The logistic center can be easily accessed from the main roads and major cities of the Upper Silesia region. The park is located near the S1 expressway and the A4 motorway. MLP Bieruń occupies the area of 11.5 ha. |
