Centrum Riviera in Gdynia will be the largest shopping gallery in Pomerania and one of the largest in Poland. The innovative "3-in-1" solution combines shopping, services and entertainment under one roof. 70,000 m2 hosts 240 shops, a modern multiplex and many cafes and restaurants. Occupancy level: 96%. Key tenants: TK MAXX, Inditex Group, LPP Group, C&A, H&M, Van Graaf, Saturn, Helios, Burger King, KFC, Starbucks, Coffee Heaven, Grycan. Mayland Real Estate is a developer of retail areas in Poland. So far, it has launched three modern shopping centres: Karolinka in Opole, Pogoria in Dąbrowa and Jantar in Słupsk. By the end of the year, Mayland is planning to launch works on the Serenada project in Kraków and in the coming years, construct more shopping centres. |
