The project is a 12,062 sqm extension for Mobelix, the furniture retailer, in PointPark Bratislava. The park offers an enviable location as a distribution hub and state-of-the-art warehouse facilities. Mobelix has been the tenant here since 2009 with 27,700 sqm of warehouse and office space in a build-to-suit facility, which is a furniture distribution centre to the consumer markets of Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. The new agreement also includes an option to expand by further 14,000 sqm within the park. Construction started in July 2012 and the building is due to be delivered in December this year. This means that in total Mobelix will occupy over 39,500 sqm in the park.
