The production facility is manufacturing and delivering chocolate candies to more than 60 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The investment was completed in 2015 and certified in Sept. of 2016. Noteworthy is the Energy and Atmosphere category 32/35 points. The factory is supplied by the on-site renewable energy plant that will generate green electricity and steam. Processes implemented in the plant involve state-of-the-art green technologies for anaerobic organic waste treatment, processing production and sanitation waste into green energy (with constant 24/7 consumption). Visio architects and consultants was leading the LEED certification.

Q22 is a 21st century office building that applies the newest technologies as well as cultural trends enabling free interior planning. It also hosts various service facilities, including 5-story parking lot (also for cyclists), restaurants, fitness club and conference rooms. The value of the investment was PLN 500 million. Its construction used 9,500 tons of steel (the amount enough to build 190 cargo cars), 34,000 tons of concrete (twice as much as the construction of Warsaw’s Świętokrzyski Bridge had used) and 1,700 kilometers of electric cables.

Skanska S.A. is the leader in construction development in Poland, operating in all areas of construction. Zielone Arkady” is the largest ECE project in Poland to date and the largest shopping center in Bydgoszcz and the surrounding region. Besides the popular international shops and labels, the center stands out in particular with its architecture. The most prominent architectural feature is the west entrance. Visitors enter the building through an entrance hall which is almost 30 meter in height and is shaped like a rising crystal. The light-flooded food court is located in the interior of the building element, which is dominated by large windows. It provides about ten restaurants for the visitors to choose from. A further architectural highlight is the atrium at the south entrance of Zielone Arkady. Its design resembles a theater with loges and stands on three levels arranged around a large promotional space on the first floor which can be used for center promotions or shows.

This year, 44 teams (308 players) participated in the volleyball matches, while approx. 1,500 people took part in the whole event. In total, 1,180,000 PLN has now been collected in the seven years the Charity Real Estate Beach Volleyball Tournament has been held. The event's prime quality is that it brings the real estate sector together for the common good in an event that engenders charity, sport and friendly rivalry. The tournament’s continued success is a testament to the event's uniqueness as well as to the involvement of both organizers and participants.
