The JURY AWARDS competition is open, allowing commercial real estate participants to submit their applications via this website.

Registration is open from September 1st to October 15th, 2025.

The list of nominated projects in each category will be published on this website after the submission period ends.

About The Award

The competition covers company activities from August 2024 to August 2025.

Companies from the CEE region may freely submit entries. Approved applications will be published on this website.

Winners will be selected by the esteemed jury on 28–29 October. Voting is electronic, and jury members never meet in person. All votes are sent directly to KPMG, which supervises the process. Eurobuild Conferences has no influence over or involvement in the voting.

The results will be announced for the first time at the prestigious Eurobuild Awards Gala on 4 December at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.

Poland
Office Agency Team of the Year, Poland
The award is open to any office agency team active in Poland in between August 2024 and August 2025. The jury is to consider the amount of space leased, the number and size of the deals concluded, as well as the reputation of the team on the market.

The award is open to any retail agency team active in Poland between August 2024 and August 2025. The jury is to consider the amount of space leased, the number and size of the deals concluded, as well as the reputation of the team on the market.

The award is open to any law firm active in Poland’s real estate market between August 2024 and August 2025. The jury will take into account the company’s activity and reputation on the market, as well as its lease and sales deal expertise, and the number and profile of clients represented.

The award is open to any tax and financial consultancy operating in Poland’s real estate market between August 2024 and August 2025. The jury will evaluate the company’s activity, market presence, reputation, as well as the number of deals they were involved in and the profile of clients they represented.

Technical Consultancy of the Year, Poland
The Award is open to any technical advisor company present in all sectors of commercial real estate between August 2024 and August 2025. During the jury’s evaluation, they will take into account the experience, the range of consulting services offered, and the client portfolio (number, size, and type of properties/transactions handled).

Property Management Company of the Year, Poland
The Award is open to any management company present in any sector of commercial real estate between August 2024 and August 2025. In its assessment, the jury will take into account the experience, the real estate portfolio managed (number, size and type of objects), the range of services and model of cooperation with the customer.

Real Estate Construction Company of the Year, Poland
The award is open to any construction company active on Poland’s real estate market between August 2024 and August 2025. The jury will consider the company’s activity, presence and reputation on the market, as well as the number, size, significance and reputation of projects completed.

Proptech Leader of the Year, Poland
The category is dedicated to technology companies that revolutionize the commercial real estate market through innovative solutions and technologies. We are looking for companies that utilize modern tools such as artificial intelligence, data analysis, and digital platforms to streamline property management, transaction processes, and increase operational efficiency in the proptech sector. In this category, we appreciate companies that stand out not only for their technological innovation but also for their excellence in delivering valuable services to clients.

Office Building of the Year, CEE
Any office project opened in CEE between August 2024 and August 2025 excluding modernizations and developments is eligible. The jury will consider the reputation of the project, the occupancy figures, its financial results, the level of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED/WELL/FITWEL certification and also its development history.

Warehouse of the Year, CEE
The award is open to any significant warehouse/distribution centre opened in CEE between August 2024 and August 2025. The jury will consider its reputation, occupancy rates, financial results, the intensity of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED/WELL/FITWEL certification and the development history. Both built-to-suit projects, as well as multi-tenant projects, are eligible.

PRS Leader of the Year, CEE
Open to any Investor, Developer or General Contractor,  active in the living sector in CEE between August 2024 and August 2025. The jury will consider the company’s presence, geographic range, reputation and leasing & financial figures, as well as the number, size, originality, variety and significance of projects completed.

ESG Real Estate Leader of the Year, CEE
Only developer, investor or owner operating on the real estate market in the CEE region between August 2024 and August 2025, putting a significant emphasis on the implementation of the ESG idea in its activities, is eligible to be nominated. The jury will consider the actual activities of the candidates in all aspects of the ESG philosophy – environmental, social and corporate governance. The final assessment will be influenced by the number of projects (launched and completed) in accordance with the ESG ideas, by real impact of these projects on humans and the natural environment, by presence and quality of reporting, and by changes in the company structure according to the ESG ideas.

Financing Provider of the Year, CEE
The award is open to any real estate financing provider active in Central & Eastern Europe between August 2024 and August 2025. The jury is to consider the number, size, range and type of financing deals completed, as well as the company’s reputation on the market.

The category includes commercial projects of various scales, including retail parks, shopping centers, convenience parks, and other smaller retail formats, such as components of larger mixed-use developments. The jury will consider the company’s presence, geographic range, reputation and leasing & financial figures, as well as the number, size, originality, variety and significance of projects completed.
