The team advised 7R in the largest logistics deal - the sale of a 80% stake of 7R to NREP, which shows C&W’s outstanding fundraising capacity and the ability to conduct complex instruction. Also: the team advised INGKA Group on the largest single asset retail transaction - the acquisition of the Matarnia Retail Park in Gdańsk. Despite subdued market sentiment towards offices C&W completed 5 office transactions both in Warsaw and regional cities worth €78 million. C&W takes proud in introducing new capital to the country – FREY and Arkea RE are two French new entrants the team attracted to Poland last year. Regardless of volatile market sentiment the team proved to be uniquely versatile resulting in successful transactions in all major assets classes including office, retail, logistics, hotel and residential.
