The C&W’s Capital Markets team in Poland comprises 12 experts who advise the largest institutional and private owners of real estate to execute significant transactions within the Polish market. Only between Q3 2023 and Q2 2024 the company’s experts finalized investment deals worth of EUR 507.30 M, including such spectacular transaction as advising 7R in sourcing and securing a new strategic partner NREP.

The team is uniquely versatile and therefore has continuously been able to advise clients in transactions covering all key asset classes including office, logistics, retail and PRS. The company’s global capital market experience combined with thorough knowledge of the Polish market means that C&W is best-equipped to provide comprehensive investment advisory services with regard to investment sales, equity, debt, and structured financing, as well as corporate finance and investment banking.

C&W advised the largest institutional and private owners of real estate to execute transactions worth of € 507– ca. 18% marketshare. The team advised 7R in the largest logistics deal - the sale of a 80% stake of 7R to NREP, which shows C&W’s outstanding fundraising capacity and the ability to conduct complex instruction. Also: the team advised INGKA Group on the largest single asset retail transaction - the acquisition of the Matarnia Retail Park in Gdańsk. Despite subdued market sentiment towards offices C&W completed 5 office transactions both in Warsaw and regional cities worth €78 million. C&W takes proud in introducing new capital to the country – FREY and Arkea RE are two French new entrants the team attracted to Poland last year. Regardless of volatile market sentiment the team proved to be uniquely versatile resulting in successful transactions in all major assets classes including office, retail, logistics, hotel and residential.
