VIG: Starting June 2024, C&W is managing VIG Fund’s 6 office buildings in Warsaw, e.g. Libra Business Center B, Life building, and Jasna 26 (47,000+ sqm)
Corum XL: A 21-storey hotel in The Warsaw HUB, home to Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels, Corum XL fund entrusts the management of this part of the complex to C&W. Consequently, since its opening in 2020, C&W is overseeing the entire complex of The Warsaw HUB - one of the most modern and prestigious commercial real estate properties in this part of Europe
Ghelamco: Appointed C&W as property manager for the state-of-the-art Vibe A office complex
Adventum: Chose C&W to manage Sky Tower in Wrocław, a multifunctional complex of 53,700+ sqm, combining office, retail, leisure, and commercial areas.
Invesco: Entrusted C&W with managing MDC2 Park Gliwice, 72,000 sqm property
