Asset Services team expanded its managed commercial properties portfolio to 4.2 million sqm. During this period, the team secured several new mandates:
VIG: Starting June 2024, C&W is managing VIG Fund’s 6 office buildings in Warsaw, e.g. Libra Business Center B, Life building, and Jasna 26 (47,000+ sqm) Corum XL: A 21-storey hotel in The Warsaw HUB, home to Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels, Corum XL fund entrusts the management of this part of the complex to C&W. Consequently, since its opening in 2020, C&W is overseeing the entire complex of The Warsaw HUB - one of the most modern and prestigious commercial real estate properties in this part of Europe Ghelamco: Appointed C&W as property manager for the state-of-the-art Vibe A office complex Adventum: Chose C&W to manage Sky Tower in Wrocław, a multifunctional complex of 53,700+ sqm, combining office, retail, leisure, and commercial areas. SA (part of Nrep), and a logistics park owned by Invesco.

We continue to further our existing relationships with key clients, and build new relationships with investors entering the market. We are currently managing nearly 4.24 sqm, including The Waraw HUB, Złote Tarasy, Browary Warszawskie.
Our goal is to continuously increase the innovation of our services, eg. - "Wakeapp Your Office" – a concept for the management of the office buildings increasing their visibility on the local markets through implementation of various unique marketing and placemaking - Marketing automation system in Złote Tarasy, Klif Warsaw & Gdynia - CushBot - a RPA client financial services solution allowing faster delivery of innovation without the typical cost and compromise. C&W is the leader when it comes to H&S and building certifications. We have the first WIREDSCORE assessor in PL and we offer advisory for certificates such as Fitwell. Our team is a co-creator of the C&W’s ESG Hub in PL to assist clients in defining, achieving and reporting ESG objectives. |
