In 2024, by flattening its organizational structure and simplifying management processes, the company optimized operations for existing clients and secured new property management mandates, despite lacking the commercial leverage from leasing or capital markets teams. At the same time, due to the high quality of services provided, MVGM retained the majority of its existing mandates—excluding unprofitable PRS ones, for which a gradual closure of this business line was planned and executed (with the retention of one profitable and well-performing mandate with Zeitgeist).
