Viessmann Factory, Legnica
Construction of a production and warehouse building (45 000m2) with technical support facilities. cmT’s services include project management, construction supervision, schedule management, cost management and HSSE.
Mercedes-Benz Engine Factory, Jawor
Mercedes is building a new car factory in Poland, an investment of more than PLN 6.1 bn. The plant will be built in Jawor opposite the already existing engine and battery factory. This will be the German company's first production centre in the world, with only electric vans built on the completely new VAN.EA platform.
The cmT services on this project include: concept, tender, permitting and execution design, construction management and supervision, progress scheduling and monitoring and cost scheduling and controlling, tendering services and HSSE.
E.G.O. Factory, Łódź
A plant covering over 14,000 sqm. cmT works closely with Panattoni and Depenbrock to manage the schedule, documentation, and costs efficiently, and HSSE.
Westfield Arkadia Modernization, Warsaw
cmT managed project supervision, investor oversight, and quality control during tenant fit-out 4 000m2.
Westfield Mokotów Modernization
During the multi-phase modernization, cmT oversaw renovations, including new ceilings, overhead installations and escalators.
