Key projects your company worked on between Julay 2023 and June 2024 In January 2024, Prologis created a new role, Head of Asset Management, to enhance the management of its portfolio across the region. This strategic move was aimed at streamlining key processes, including leasing, development, and property management. By establishing this position, Prologis ensures a more coordinated approach to asset oversight, driving the company’s investment projects and leasing activities. This initiative has introduced a new level of quality and efficiency in the management of our properties. We continue to enhance the Prologis FM platform, which is not only as a property management tool but also a communication channel with our clients. With the latest upgrades, invoices for tech. services are automatically approved, and at the end of the year, clients receive a summary of all work completed in their leased buildings. We have also made changes to the distribution list for our NPS surveys, resulting in even more reliable customer satisfaction insights than before.

On average, our buildings are up to 20 years old, but thanks to significant CAPEX investments and efficient OPEX budget management by our experienced team of property managers, we are able to maintain the entire portfolio in excellent technical condition.
