Future plans Resi4Rent is currently developing 10 projects: Wrocław Park Zachodni, Grabiszyńska and Bardzka, Gdańsk Zielony Trójkąt and Nowomiejska, Warszawa Pohoskiego, Poznań Brneńska, Kraków Romanowicza. Three more investments in Warsaw, Poznań and Kraków are in the design phase. By the end of this year, the company’s portfolio will include over 6,200 completed units, with an additional 4,000 under construction. Resi4Rent’s strategic goal is to deliver at least 10,000 units by 2026.
