Portfolio comprises 12 assets in Italy, 3 in Spain and 1 in Germany and is triple-net leased to Fedrigoni Group (“Fedrigoni”), a global manufacturer of high added value specialty papers for luxury packaging.

May 2024: €80 million sale-leaseback of an industrial and R&D portfolio totalling approximately 103,000 square metres to Metra, a global manufacturer of extruded aluminium.
