Piotr Fedorowicz is a seasoned lawyer with over 14 years of experience, including four years as a partner at Rymarz Zdort Maruta. He boasts a significant track record in advising major domestic and international real estate players, such as 7R, Globalworth, Robyg, Echo Investment, Griffin Capital Partners, AFI Europe, Citylink, Murapol, LRC Group and European Logistics Investment. Combining the strength of our top-tier M&A practice with our real estate expertise, we are a market leader in corporate transactions within the real estate sector. Our focus includes local and cross-border deals involving large portfolios of logistics parks, office buildings, shopping centres, retail parks, residential developments, private rental sector assets and student housing. We advise on complex arrangements concerning lease-related matters, fit-out works and asset management, providing comprehensive legal advisory services throughout the real estate cycle. Furthermore, we collaborate closely with our other departments to provide comprehensive advice to our clients, including in respect of banking, tax, corporate law and structuring aspects of real estate deals. Over the years, we have cemented our position as a market leader, which is reflected in the volume of our work (in respect of both purchases and sales) and the prestige of our clients.

7R:facilitated 7R's strategic partnership with NREP involving a EUR 200 million equity investment – one of the largest deals involving a real estate developer in Poland in 2023, recognised as “Investment Deal of the Year, CEE” by the Eurobuild

Globalworth:advised on the over EUR 63 million sale of the Warta Tower to a company from the Cornerstone Investment Management platform – one of the largest office disposals in Poland in 2023;

Robyg S.A.:advised on a JV with Yula Lux S.A.R.L involving residential projects with over 100,000 square metres of usable residential areas – the largest residential transaction in Poland in 2023;

Echo Investment S.A.:assisted in incorporating its residential business into Archicom, creating one of the largest residential developers in the Polish market; and

Mennica Polska: advised on acquiring control over Warsaw's Mennica Legacy Tower
