Logicenters, a logistics platform owned by Nrep, entered the Polish warehouse market in 2021 with the purchase of BIK SA. Subsequently, in 2023, the investor acquired an 80% stake in the Polish developer 7R. Logicenters' portfolio (incl. development pipline) in Poland encompasses c. 2.5m sqm.

The largest purchase transactions between July 2022 and June 2023
1. Warehouse - Nrep (through Nordic Strategies Fund V) become a majority shareholder in 7R, investing approximately EUR 200 million of new equity in the company. The investment cements Nrep's position in Poland and Czechia by increasing the size of its European warehouse portfolio to 4.2 million sq. m. of existing space and that in the pipeline.
2. PRS - Nrep completed 4 PRS transactions, adding to its PRS portfolio ~1,000 units via "Lett" rental apartments and "NOLi Studios" co-living. Each of the assets prioritizes sustainability, employing innovative solutions such as low-carbon building materials or geothermal heating to reduce their carbon footprint. |
