Why the company should be considered for the award
P3 has been investing, developing, and operating assets for over two decades. In 2022 P3 generated an increase in the value of assets. In parallel, P3 continued the strategy of diversifying land banks in all key markets in CEE, which already allows it to respond immediately to customer demand.

Future plans
P3 is interested in both greenfield and brownfield sites, inside and outside of city boundaries. The top priorities are access to transport networks, the available workforce, and places where can develop business parks. P3 is growing its land bank in order to offer companies a variety of options.
