Echo Investment
In 2023 the Echo Investment Group announced an ambitious ESG strategy that structures its priorities and actions until 2030. Its main assumptions are: limiting the carbon footprint, improving the energy efficiency of buildings, minimizing their impact on the environment; promoting biodiversity, as well as strengthening the corporate culture. Priorities for the current year include: further unification of systems, procedures and measures used both in Echo Investment and Archicom, as well as a strategic review of development procedures in order to optimize the projects' carbon footprint and energy efficiency.

Echo Investment projects, especially large-scale “destinations” located in major Polish cities (such as Warsaw Breweries, Fuzja in Łódź or Towarowa 22 in Warsaw), open up inaccessible, degraded downtown areas and complement them with missing functions. They are created in accordance with the latest global trends in urban planning: ecology, sharing economy and public accessibility.
