Warehouse DC 11 at P3 Poznań park
The DC 11 building meets the requirements for BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. Panels with a PIR core were used to insulate more effectively against external factors, and a reinforced roof will allow for the installation of photovoltaic panels in the future. Energy-efficient LED lighting has been installed in the warehouse, along with an automatic DALI control system, and the taps in the bathrooms will be activated by infrared. The building is also equipped with greywater recovery systems and an astronomical clock. There will also be 2 charging stations for electric cars.

Location The warehouse is located in the P3 Poznań park, one of the largest logistics parks in western Poland. It is located in Robakowo, approximately 16.5 km from the centre of Poznań, which is both a centre of industry, trade, logistics and tourism and an important road and rail hub. The property is very well connected. Five roads of national and international importance meet at the Poznan intersection, i.e. the S5 and S11 motorways, the A2 motorway providing links eastwards to Warsaw and westwards to Berlin, national road No. 92 and national road No. 32 ending in Steszew near Poznan. Such a location fits in perfectly with the dynamic development strategies of logistics services and allows fast and convenient distribution of products.
