Kinga Nowakowska (CAPITAL PARK GROUP) is responsible for managing the company's asset management department. She is the author of the Biuro Plus concept, according to which individual solutions are implemented in each of the Capital Park Group's projects to support the needs of tenants. The idea is based on high-quality architecture, ecology and sustainable development, greenery and quality of the surroundings, promotion of sport and physical activity, art and culture in common spaces, a wide range of services and a creative approach to asset management. Kinga Nowakowska is managing several teams, marketing and PR, carrying out design, documentation, construction, restoration and conservation works on the Group Investments. Since 2007, Kinga Nowakowska has been associated with the Capital Park Group, where she is a member of the management board and the operational director. She is involved in the largest projects carried out by the Group, including Royal Wilanów. Since 2009, she has been responsible for the implementation of the prestigious revitalization project of Norblin Factory in Warsaw.

Kinga Nowakowska was the originator and initiator of the creation of the only boutique cinema in Warsaw, KinoGram, which is also the seat of the Polish Directors' Guild. The Norblin Factory hosts the first organic food market in Poland - BioBazar - whose ideas Nowakowska has been promoting for many years.

She has founded and runs the Business Angels – Black Swan Fund
network investing in start-ups managed by women. She serves on its management board. She herself invests in start-ups across various industries. One of her most compelling investments is BioBazar, the first food market in Poland offering certified organic food, which has operated in Warsaw for 11 years.

For 11 years, beginning in 1997, Ms Nowakowska was Chief Executive Officer of Call Center Poland, which under her leadership became one of the largest multi-language customer service outsourcing hubs in Europe, successfully sold in 2007. Graduate of International Business Law at the Sorbonne Law School.
Biggest business achievements, especially those made last year
Last year, under her leadership, work was completed on the revitalization of the Group's flagship project - the Norblin Factory, which is one of the historically most valuable post-industrial areas in Warsaw. Last year, despite the ongoing pandemic, it finalized the completion of revitalization works, thanks to which the Norblin Factory obtained an occupancy permit and again became a fully-fledged part of the city. The post-industrial area regained its former splendor and was filled with original, unique concepts not available anywhere else.
Thanks to Kinga's efforts, the Norblin Factory Foundation was established, which proudly continues the cultural heritage of the first owners of the facility. The passion for art transferred to the Norblin Factory also resulted in the appearance in historical spaces of paintings and murals by Polish artists, as well as projects that came from the hands of the Academy of Fine Arts.
Contributions made to the improvement of the CEE commercial property market
Kinga Nowakowska, leading development projects for many years, attaches great importance to sustainable development and ecology. In the Capital Park Group, he is also responsible for activities in the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) area. This year for the first time in history, the company presented the Sustainable Development Report for 2021.

measures to prevent any form of discrimination and actively seeking to increase diversity and ensure equal opportunities for professional development of its staff. She is supporting Women in RE sector. The key management staff, i.e. directors of the investment, finance, accounting, legal, construction, retail lease, office lease, facility management and
investor relations departments, comprises seven women and two men.
As at December 31st 2021, women accounted for 63% of all of the Group’s employees and consultants.
