B&B Hotel Lublin Centrum

The project consisted in the construction of a hotel facility on an undeveloped plot of land in the city center. The building is located on a high slope, along a significant slope of the land, which was a design challenge. The body of the building is made up of three parts from 3 to 5 storeys along the street going down, imitating the slope of the ground. The impression of dynamics was emphasized by the use of Trespa material on the facade of the building. The facility has 3 to 5 overground and 1 underground levels. Hotel rooms are located on five floors above the ground floor. On the ground floor, apart from the rooms, there is a spacious lobby with a reception desk, a breakfast room with kitchen facilities and a meeting room. In the underground part there is a car park with 39 parking spaces and rooms necessary for servicing the hotel. The interesting interior design of the common areas on the ground floor refers to the character of the city in terms of colors.
