The design of the estate, inspired by the modernist movement, represents a style that is imbued with the architectural tradition of Gdynia, in an original, creative and modern interpretation.
As is the case with modernism, the Portova investment’s form is the result of its function, with its design being born out of harmony between man and architecture.
An important part of the inspiration involved while creating the project was not only simply choosing the location, but also analysing its potential and learning about its history. The designers relied heavily on their knowledge of the lifestyle, preferences and tastes of future residents.
All this was translated into external architecture and interior design so that the tenants could feel as comfortable and at home as possible in their new space. This helped build a unique character and create a harmonious whole.
