        Fabryka PZO is the office, residential and F&B investment is carried out on at the location of a pre-war, optical equipment factory at Grochowska street, and is transforming it into a place to live and work at.

        Fabryka PZO site was excluded from public use for over 100 years and WSRE aim was to open the grounds to public.
