Please say why you should be considered for the award
Year 2021 was a time of dynamic development for AWP: we built 400,000 sqm of modern space, tailored to the individual needs of investors, and the number of experts in the company exceeded 400 people. The company's financial turnover was €183 MLN. For the fourth time, we were awarded the "Forbes Diamond" title and we found ourselves among the most dynamically developing companies in Poland with revenues in excess of PLN 250 MLN. The group of business partners of AWP has been joined by one of the world's leading developers - Panattoni, for whom we are currently implementing its largest investment in Lower Silesia, with an area of 200,000 sqm. The organization is also developing in the area of project and process management. We have introduced a number of changes that allow the implementation of BIM technology to all projects carried out by the company. Together with the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, we conduct advanced research related to sustainable construction.
