This deal has been done over the pandemic time with no option to meet in person between the Seller and Buyer so fully through TEAMS or other internet tools. It was a second in a raw transaction completed during a pandemic year for REINO IO Logistics platform which was a testament to all the teams involved. The portfolio offered interesting opportunities for growing the platform and after a year is one of the most successful stories how great asset management initiatives can improve the value. We have started certification of the entire portfolio implementing measures to achieve the highest ESG standards across the portfolio”.
