The Malthouse Offices is the largest commercial building of Warsaw Brewery, a multi-functional city-forming investment by Echo Investment, which will provide residents, office workers, guests and tourists with nearly 100,000 sqm of engaging, urban space. Source of project financing
Own financing and a bank load. Bank Pekao granted Echo Investment the loan of EUR 87 million for the construction of Villa Offices and Malthouse Offices.
