Savills is proud of being a long-term and trusted partner to its Clients, which confirms i.a. the latest acquisition of two Warsaw office buildings, Cristal Park and Mokotów Plaza by M7 Real Estate from Azora Europa. Savills represented the new owner of both assets and as the result of the top-quality of its services extended the cooperation with M7 Real Estate becoming exclusive leasing agent and property manager of the fund’s entire portfolio in Poland.
Using its experience in advising newcomers, in December 2018, Savills also supported GalCap Europe during its first commercial real estate acquisitions in Poland. The investor, advised by Savills, purchased from Amhola two historic office buildings in Warsaw – Wilcza 46 and Mokotowska 33/35.
In addition, Savills advised Azora Europa on the disposal of two office projects located in Krakow, Green Office and Avatar.
Value of all 3 transactions is amounted to ca. EUR 140m.

The Industrial Investment department at Savills, one of the largest and the most experienced investment teams in Poland dedicated to the warehouse sector, advised on multiple investment transactions which, further to Clients’ requests, full details cannot be disclosed, including:
- underwriting of a fulfilment centre in Central Poland (45,000 sq m)
- acquisition of a multi-tenant park in Wrocław (47,000 sq m)
- funding of a multi-tenant park in Łódź (42,000 sq m)

Savills advised in the first Purpose Built Student Accommodation portfolio deal and the largest PBSA transaction by investment volume in Polish history. Kajima Student Housing Limited, a subsidiary of Japanese conglomerate Kajima Corporation, has entered into a partnership with Griffin Real Estate Partners (GRE) and acquired Student Depot, Poland’s largest provider of PBSA, from Oaktree Capital Management for EUR 60m.
It was a pioneer transaction for the real estate market in Poland that opened a new chapter in its history by confirming great potential of alternative assets. Savills represented the vendor.
