MLP Group has successfully completed the construction of its first logistics park in Lublin, which has significantly enhanced the attractiveness of the region. The modern project has attracted new investors who have created new jobs. Providing a total of approximately 45,000 sqm of modern space, the facilities have already been fully commercialised and are currently occupied by three tenants. One of them is ABM Greiffenberger Polska. The modern space is also used by Stokrotka, a retail chain, and Turck. The logistics park offers the premium standard, featuring green solutions and complete infrastructure, including car parks for cars and trucks, as well as manoeuvring areas. Located close to the centre of Lublin, the site offers convenient access to public transport. The commercial success of the project is best attested to by MLP Group’s plans to build another logistics park near Lublin.
