Due to the fact that Kucharski & Partners’ team consists of lawyers gaining their experience in International and Polish law firms operating on the Polish market, we have been prepared for all circumstances related to conducting law firm activity on this market. Despite the fact that we analyzed running our own business very well, we prepared strategy and we had clear vision of our business operation - we have not been sure what would be reaction of the competition and the Clients to our entry into the market. However, the signals we have been receiving are positive and this ensured us that the step we made was a good decision and that for sure there is a place for Kucharski & Partners on the Polish market. We strongly believe that our entry into the Polish market is not only a part of changing tendency in the choice of law firms made by Clients, but also evidence that it’s not only big law corporations that matters on the Polish market.

While working for many years in international law firms, we observed that tendency of Clients regarding choice of law firm has changed. The market has been evolving and brands are now of less importance. The personal involvement of lawyers in the projects, their availability, efficiency and responsiveness is becoming increasingly important. Now people often follow the lawyer’s surname not only the brand. We decided to respond for the market needs. Our decision was dictated not only by the changing tendency, but also by the desire to offer comprehensive legal services by experienced lawyers dedicated to a specific Client. In our opinion, this approach limits the so-called "Chinese whispers", that is, transferring matters from hand to hand to people in individual departments of large law corporations, which in our opinion has a negative impact not only on the time of realization of a specific projects, but also the efficiency of work and final invoice.

As a new brand on the market, we had to come a long way to gain Clients’ trust, to build our reputation and to make our vision come true. After already few months, we may say that we passed this exam. We are truly glad that we had a chance to be involved in significant transactions and projects. We have gained experience working for big law firms and we decided to provide Clients with legal services by creating a law firm being faster and more effective than other firms, but at the same time comprehensive in terms of the range of our services - after all we did it! Kucharski & Partners is combination of boutique law firm individual approach to the Client and corporate standards.

As of the date of filing application for Eurobuild Award in Newcomer of the Year category, we represented our Clients, among others, on: (i) joint venture transaction with the global investment fund for development of logistics park in Lodz, (ii) negotiating a lease agreements (from the landlord’s side) for warehouse spaces located in logistic parks in Poland, (iii) sale of office building and refinancing of office building located in Poland, (iv) acquisition of residential buildings located in Warsaw.

While we founded Kucharski & Partners law firm, our main goal was to establish a brand which will be recognized on the market and trustworthy. During past few months we have been involved not only in significant transactions but also in numerous conferences and meetings as well as other marketing operations and in creating our office. Our assumption was that “you only get one chance to make a first impression”– we took this chance and we started to achieve our initial goal. What we plan in the future is to constantly develop, work to be even more efficient and effective team and never get enough of projects, challenges and self-improvement. We will strive to put into practice our vision statement: “Light Touch. Heavyweight Matters.” – which means that we offer legal and business solutions without unnecessary formalism and incomprehensible legal language. This is how we work and we will always work. We are convinced that this approach will lead us to expansion opportunities throughout Poland and maybe even Europe.
