Paweł Warda leads the Project & Development Services team of 40 professionals in CEE, including 18 in Poland; providing construction advisory & project management services to tenants, developers, investors and funding institutions. In Poland alone, JLL has completed over 80 projects on behalf of Samsung, Deloitte, Uber or Ericsson. Paweł approach goes way beyond the technical. Focused on proactivity, responsiveness and commercially minded, he and his team do their level best to exceed expectations, earning trust and recognition among clients.

*BREEAM certification of JLL office, Warsaw Spire - first in Poland BREEAM office fit-out certification (Very Good). *Deloitte office, Q22, Warsaw - project management: advisory during selection, negotiations, project monitoring of the design&construction works. *Forum Gliwice - general renovation of 2007, 50,000 sqm scheme, including installation of new escalators. *JLL's new headquarters, Warsaw Spire - project management of three-phased relocation (12,000 sqm).*LEED Gold certification of Nowy Świat 2.0, Warsaw. *M&G Real Estate industrial developments - technical due diligence reports&project monitoring in Łódź, Poznań, Sosnowiec. *Samsung office, Warsaw Spire - project management: monitoring of designing&construction works of Samsung’s fit-out (21,000 sqm). *Uber offices - project management of fit-out in Warsaw, extension for Uber Eats, another project in Kraków. *Wiśniowy Business Park, Warsaw - project management (modernization, reconstruction of 3,000 sqm space for clinic).
