The Office Agency Savills counts for 19 people in two separate business lines. The Office Agency is active on the biggest local markets in Poland with main focus in Warsaw, Cracow, Poznań and Wrocław. Landlord Representation team is run by Dorota Ejsmont and provide professional advisory services in leasing office buildings from the beginning of the investment until its delivery to the market, advises the building owners in maintaining the current tenants as renewals and expansions. Their main Clients include DEKA, CommerzReal, Penta Investments, Blue City, Echo Investment, GLL Real Estate Partners or GTC. Tenant Representation team is run by Jarosław Pilch and advises Polish and international entities in process of office acquisition relocations, consolidations or expansions. It’s one of the fastest growing teams on the market, characterized by creative thinking, problem solving attitude and professional approach.

Tomasz Buras supervises key office projects and advises in the most important transactions. During past 12 months he opened a new regional office in Krakow, moved to expanded HQ office in the Q22 office building and advised in the largest office lease transaction in Poland in 2017 so far. Tomasz joined Savills in 2011 as Head of Office Agency and Member of the Board. In 2014 was appointed as a Managing Director. Tomasz was awarded a Person of the Year 2017 by another industry plebiscite.
