Polish team is managed by Anna Duchnowska who is the head of Invesco Real Estate (IRE’s ) Warsaw office. As Director of Asset Management she is responsible for overseeing Invesco’s real estate portfolio in Poland. She is also responsible for developing IRE’s presence in Poland. Anna has over 15 years’ experience in the area of asset management, investment, leasing and finance within the CEE and Polish property markets, with particular emphasis on retail and offices.

Invesco Real Estate (IRE) strategy is focused on top class buildings in prime locations. Throughout last 12 months, the investor completed 6 major acquisitions – Q22 in Warsaw, 4 warehouse projects including 2 Amazon logistic centres and Sheraton Hotel in Cracow.
IRE also sold 2 properties – Scandic Hotels in Gdańsk and Wrocław. With numerous of deals, IRE is one of the most active investors on the real estate market in CEE region.
The investor sees number of opportunities available in Poland and CEE region and proves that with efficient asset management and local insight, particular investments can increase in value.
